This Manufacturer's Guarantee ("Guarantee") is issued by VITASCALE GmbH and its affiliated companies ("VitaScale") and is applicable exclusively to the use of the VitaScale system, hereinafter referred to as the "VitaScale System," strictly within interior environments. Any use of the VitaScale System outside of this specified scope renders this Manufacturer's Guarantee null and void.
This Manufacturer's Guarantee is the sole and exclusive guarantee provided by VitaScale, supplanting all prior, conflicting, or alternative assurances. It is limited to the durations stipulated below and does not affect or restrict the buyer's contractual or legal warranty rights against the respective seller.
During the warranty periods outlined below, the covered components of the VitaScale System are warranted to be free of defects or malfunctions under normal use. The guarantee applies exclusively to the specified VitaScale System components within the given periods.
Battery: 12 months
VitaScale guarantees the battery for a period of 12 months from the original delivery date, ensuring freedom from processing and material defects.

Sensor: 2 years.
VitaScale guarantees, for a period of 2 years from the original delivery date, that the frame (excluding movable parts) and sensors of the VitaScale System are free from processing and material defects.
Plastic Housing: 2 years.
VitaScale guarantees that the plastic components and original parts supplied with the VitaScale System are free from processing and material errors for a period of 2 years from the original delivery date. Exclusions apply to certain components prone to normal wear.
Assembly: 12 months.
For VitaScale Systems initially assembled by an authorized VitaScale employee, labor costs for repair or replacement are covered within the framework of this limited guarantee for a period of 12 months from the original delivery date. Shipping costs are covered during the guarantee period for items returned to a VitaScale service center, excluding locations outside VitaScale's service area.
Who and What is Covered:
This Manufacturer's Guarantee is applicable solely to the original owner of the VitaScale System, and it is not transferable. If a defect arises within the guarantee period, VitaScale may, at its discretion, replace or repair the VitaScale System or the faulty component.
What is Not Covered:
The guarantee does not cover other VitaScale products or services, non-VitaScale products, non-VitaScale work, stolen or fake products, items purchased from unauthorized dealers, products used outside designated areas, or products with missing or unrecognizable serial numbers. Software and issues resulting from normal wear and tear, improper assembly, maintenance, or use contrary to instructions are also excluded.
Any attempt to alter or repair VitSacale Systems poses a risk of injury and property damage. VitaScale disclaims responsibility for damage or injuries resulting from unauthorized movements or repairs. The limited guarantee may be voided if the VitaScale System is moved outside VitaScale's service area.
Guarantee service can only be initiated by contacting the customer service team at service@vitascale.de. Provide the serial number and purchase documentation with the purchase date when reporting defects. Complaints must be lodged within the specified guarantee period.
All disputes related to this limited guarantee or the VitaScale System are subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in VitaScale's general terms and conditions, accessible at www.vitascal.de/agbs.
It is imperative to read the operating instructions before using the VitaScale System. Regular maintenance in line with these instructions ensures proper system operation. This Manufacturer's Guarantee is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
